Everything Feels Wrong, Wrong, Wrong
Went to the gym this afternoon for a UB set. Didn't feel *too* much weaker than usual, and managed not to pull anything. (I'll know for sure when I wake up tomorrow.) Saturday, I'll go for an easy bike ride, followed by a hockey clinic on Sunday. Hoping to feel more in the swing of things after that.
I hate having to take baby steps. I hate losing ground. And feeling out of shape sucks.
This week, everything sucks. Not exercising has me feeling totally off kilter. I'm easily frustrated, and I react to that frustration by wanting to throw things and cry. As if that's gonna solve the problem!
How long before I start feeling useful again?

Kind of like exercise, right?
