Motorcycle Commute Suckage
Rode the motorcycle into work today. I did this because (1) the motorcycle needs riding and (2) I need to be home in time for my golf lesson tonight, and rush hour traffic is unpredictable. Why does the motorcycle need riding, you ask? Because I have a big long freeway commute now, and I hate riding the Monster on the freeway. Still, I hate being late for things more, so motorcycle it was.
My ride into work was, in a word, SUCKAGE. Absolute suckage. I fully, wholly, and completely loathe getting blasted with wind on a boring road teeming with giant speeding vehicles for the good part of an hour.
I used to arrive at work on my motorcycle with a grin. Right now, I want to run down the halls with my terrible-ride scowl yelling "SUCK!!!" over and over.
It appears that I have a problem. I have a long freeway commute and a non-freeway bike. I quite enjoy my non-freeway bike, and don't have any plans to replace it. I also don't have any plans to buy a second bike. Phoo, and SUCK!!!
SUCK!!!

What's the difference between a freeway and non-freeway bike?

Fairings. No wind protection on mine, so I get blasted. Boo.
