Kleenex Is A Great Excuse For Snacks
My nose is running like a faucet and my box of Kleenex was running low, so I made a trip to Safeway for additional supplies. Once there, I bought all sorts of other things as well: tomatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, bacon... When I left the store, the air smelled of roasted chestnuts, which reminded me of the fact that I've been wanting to buy fresh chestnuts for a couple months now. I didn't want to go back into Safeway, so I drove a few blocks over to 99 Ranch. Once there, I bought all sorts of other things once again: crunchy anchovy snacks, pineapple cakes, fruity beef jerky candy, and a tub of macapuno-ube ice cream. I broke into the ice cream the moment I got home. Yummy! Who knew that a Kleenex run could taste so good?
