Ride to gym.
Lift, lower, repeat.
Ride back to work.
Chug milk.

And then, my favoritest part of the entire afternoon...

Enjoy cinnamon raisin grainy toast with peanut butter and sugar.

A philisophical comment on toast by the amazing Dong Resin (who unfortunately doesn't post anywhere near as much as he used to...)

Does bread know that it is bread? Or does it long to be wheat? At which point does it become toast? Is the moisture which escapes when you toast it the soul of the bread leaving dead toast behind?

Is the smell of toast in the kitchen a haunting by the long since bread?

Oh my goodness, now I'm going to be afraid to make toast, lest I release ghostly bread spirits into our midst!

Those spirits sure smell good, though!
