I Guess I've Missed My Kitchen
Since my return to the Bay Area I've gone out to eat once, for pancakes with Aaron Saturday morning. Other than that, I've been eating at home, cooking as much as I can. From my kitchen, since my return on Friday:
Saturday: chicken piccata
Sunday: egg sandwich, chicken sandwich, chicken and pasta (okay, Aaron cooked that one)
Monday: baked french toast
Tuesday: turkey drumsticks
Wednesday: dumpling soup, sour cream berry swirl bread
I've also gone through 2+ bags of ready to eat veggies, and that's on top of the platefuls of the stuff I eat at work. I had to stop at the store today to pick up more.
Amazingly, neither Easy Mac nor cereal have crossed my mind as dinner options yet.
Tomorrow, stir fry!
