One More Month
So says the counter...
On a related note, want to know how hard it is to get a Chez Panisse reservation for a Saturday night? They open reservations one calendar month in advance of the date, so I called them today for something on August 11th. The response? Booked full. Perhaps I should have called them at 9 this morning. Time to think of a backup...

French Laundry is even worse... Two months in advance, call starting at 10 am, on the dot, and hit redial until you get a person There is a one guy will call for you, and I think another reservation site that has one or two tables per evening. And it's worth every penny...

That's okay. After all the tuition I've paid I can't afford French Laundry. ;)
