SJ OilStop Lame-Os

When my car hit 65,000 miles a few months ago, I was busy with school, so I brought my car to the OilStop in San Jose for an oil change. I had hoped for nice folks like they had at the San Mateo location, but these ones seemed to take offense to (1) the fact that all I wanted was an oil change, and that I didn't need them to check any of the other stuff and (2) my request for them to please fix my car's listed model in their system (it doesn't understand that there were two different VR6 engines in 2003) because the specs listed for the 12 valve engine are different from those for my 24 valve engine.

They did the system model fix, grumpily did my oil change, assured me that they could do more than an oil change, and, as proof, told me there was an R32 who went there regularly.

So today, I did my 70,000 mile oil change myself. I get under my car, and what do I find? Oil leaking out of the drain plug.

HOW HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW A FUCKING TORQUE SPEC?!

I hate incompetent people.

I really hope that R32 doesn't go there anymore.
