Almost Perfect
An excerpt from a Monster (the bike, not the job site) ad:
tank is dented, clutch cover is scratched, right mirror is cracked.
other than that its almost perfect.
Perhaps I should have sold Flopsie with the following:
I dropped (flopped, ha!) it a few times and bent the handlebar, but that got bent back into place with a 6-foot steel pole, and aside from the scratches on the fairings, it's almost perfect. If you replace all the scratched parts and give it a new paint job it'll be totally perfect.
Why buy an almost perfect bike when you can buy an almost totally perfect one?
