Did someone move in near you recently? Or have some home improvement done? Usually you can get a log of bugs when that happens. I agree with Karen, bug bomb or have someone come out and spray.

Yeah, I notice that the bug/spiders come in waves. I think get the brunt of it 'cause I live downstairs. Plus, I live in what is essentially a converted large basement-y storage area of a house. Bugs, or chemicals? I think I might soon be voting for chemicals.

Better Living Through Chemistry. I don't spray for spiders *outside* (I let them live in their home so long as they stay out of myhome), but inside all bets are off. Got me-self a dustbuster just for spider sucking...I spray some poison in the catch and then suck up the spider. No mess and no scary spiders coming within inches of my precious body parts.

I don't know why, but the thought of you running around with spider spray and a dustbuster is kind of amusing. :)
The obsessive collector in me wants to get a dustbuster to see how fast I can fill it with spiders.
