I scraped my rear right wheel yesterday. Ugh.
Who the hell builds unrounded 90-degree angle full curbs at tight intersections?!
Dumb curb designer, look what you made me do!

You are sad and unhappy.
It looks like you have rims that stick out further than your tire. Perhaps you could start a new fad and add those metal thingies that make a scrape noise when too close to the curb. You know, those things typically on big american boats that grandparents drive.
To hide their true purpose, you could hang little comments on the metal thingies and pretend the fad is to expose your personality via witty sayings, when in fact it's really to warn you of hidden curbs and protect your rims.
If you decide to call them "metal thingies", I expect a portion of the profits.

Ha! I have mirrors that let me see if I'm about to curb my wheels, but in this case, nothing could have saved me. I just didn't know there was curb there. :(
