Fice Cweam!
Doug came up for a visit yesterday and we headed out for ... you guessed it, ice cream! We headed over to Mitchell's, home of some of the best tropical flavors the the area. Boy was I excited when I saw their special of the month: A coco-banana something-or-other. A scoop each of my two favorite ice creams (macapuno and mango), banana slices, mango topping, whipped cream, nuts, a cherry, and an umbrella, served up in a coconut shell. Good stuff!
Yeah, eating the nuts was interesting. I should have gotten it without, but I'm so used to getting them that I didn't realize it until I took the first lick and thought, huh, this is solid, how am I supposed to eat this?
