More work on loosening the neck and traps today. Stretched a bunch and finally managed to do a no handed shoulder stand. Did a bunch of somersaults. Mine are loud and thumpy. I seem to be unable to tuck into a ball. Did some headstands too and rolled out of them. Thump. No injuries though. Can’t complain.
Did a bridge. Those feel really difficult and awkward. Not a fan. Really not ready to survive a handstand bail this way.
Walked up the wall to see if I could roll out of a handstand. Thought about it. Didn’t get past thinking about it. Scary!
Stretching takes a lot of time. Thank goodness for the Olympics on TV.
Finished by rolling my traps with a lacrosse ball. OMG PAIN.
