30×10 Day 2

Shoulders are sore!! When was the last time I did shoulder exercises at the gym? Oh, mid-March. I am such a slacker.

Abs are sore too, but not as much. Did my headstand with the weird dynamic balancing movements again. I wasn’t ready or focused or something for my first attempt and had to roll out of it. Did I mention my neck and traps are still super stiff? TWEAK. Ow.

Walked up the wall again for an assisted handstand. Tired today. That’s what I get for being a slacker. It’s interesting how my brain thinks I’m going to fall over even when my hands are 1 foot from the wall. Need to get over that. I think I’ll set up a camera so I can convince myself I’m not anywhere close to tipping backward. Would also be good for checking form.

Spent a few minutes at the end with a lacrosse ball on my traps. I need to roll everything tonight. I’ve been slacking on that, too.
