Pedaled home after work today and felt so tired mid-ride I thought I wasn’t going to make it. Granted, there was a strong headwind and it was a little farther than usual, but when it hit I was three miles from home and totally drained. Drained, like I was after my ride last night. What’s up? Am I not eating enough? Am I not eating the right things? Am I not eating at the right time? Is there something wrong with me unrelated to eating? (I can’t imagine what that would be; it’s all about eating.)

I’ve felt the same thing, for the past week. Wading through molasses. What is UP? It must have to do with the eating.
Has hockey been intense lately? Maybe its sleep. I can never get enough.
Hockey’s been fine, and I’ve been sleeping plenty. Maybe my body’s suffering from ice cream withdrawal this week.
The transfer from Summer weather into Fall type weather usually does it for me. Must be the hibernation urge… (not a fall/winter type at all)
Hydration perhaps?
Plenty hydrated! More than most. Chugga chugga.
